Using photographs of shadows captured in various settings (urban, industrial, and natural landscapes), I envision fleeting forms that I project onto rusted metal discs. Through the creation of one or more unique pieces—including a sculptural necklace—this project explores jewelry as a liminal object, situated between sculpture, the body, and ritual. It serves as a field for artistic experimentation, where each piece embodies a condensation of time, the shadow—a frozen trace of light—rust—an imprint of slow decay—and stone—a crystallized geological fragment.
