The spiral is a symbol of infinity and growth, a form widely present in nature. In this project, I reinterpret it through the lens of modernity, transforming it into wearable contemporary jewelry made from unusual, sometimes domestic materials — zippers, metal sponges, cables, strainers, bolts.

In my practice, I employ an authorial assembly, using manual stitching of components, bringing together design, craft, and artistic research. Materials typically devoid of aesthetic value acquire new meaning within the context of jewelry.

Within a single object, I unite the eternal and the temporary: a universal natural symbol and an industrial material. My works reference architecture, the body, and biomorphic forms.

I invite viewers to perceive beauty in what is usually overlooked and to ask: what defines the value of an object — its material or its meaning?

Artists

Olga

I received artistic training in architecture and graphic design. For over 20 years, I have practiced calligraphy, engraving, linocut, graphic design, and illustration, which shaped my artistic vision and led me to contemporary jewelry, a field I have pursued since 2015.
In 2022, I moved to France after obtaining artist status through the “Passeport Talent” program.
I have participated in international exhibitions including Artistar (Italy, 2019), Joya (Spain, 2021), Contemporania (Spain, 2023), Résonances (France, 2024, 2025), and Révélations (France, 2025).
