Six Swedish artists come together around the theme of the forest, both as a well of resources and the home of ancestral myths. Biodiversity, forestry, folk beliefs, bones, moss, leaves, berries, elk, mosquitoes… All this is told by Sofia Bankeström, Åsa Elmstam, Petronella Eriksson, Catarina Hällzon, Therese Johansson and Lena Lindahl. They all have very different backgrounds and styles, but they share a common commitment to the environment. Through their art jewellery and the materials they choose, work with and assemble, they tell stories and invite us to reflect, at the same time.
